How do I return an item?
- NO REFUNDS! Exchange only or store credit only. All "SALE" items final. All "SWIMWEAR" items final.
-Two or more exchanges subject to 20% restocking fee.
-All requests for exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise according to confirmed order delivery date. Items must be returned within 3 days in original packages with original tags only. No exceptions will be made. Email email@example.com with your order concerns.
-No cancellations accepted AFTER shipment has been made.
-Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 3 days of the confirmed order delivery date.
Will I be charged for return shipping?
Customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
